Kourabiedes Recipe

Ingredients for kourabiedes:

200 gr. vegetable butter

250 gr. fresh butter

250 gr. buttermilk

2 egg yolks

250 gr. almonds, hand-cut small pieces

3 tablespoons caster sugar

2 pounds flour

1 glass of wine, liqueur

2 vanilla

Preparation:

1.The secret of this recipe is the butter and sugar to be hit very well until it becomes white (best by hand).

2.Then add the yolks, a liqueur, flour and vanilla.

3.Mold the kourabiedes and bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 '.

4.Remove them from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar
