Creamy Greek Broccoli Soup


2 Broccoli Cuts

8 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic

3 Leeks (use leeks to always make a velvety soup )

3 peeled potatoes

1 glass of water cream

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper


Boil the potatoes, leeks, broccoli and garlic until soft and put them in the blender to make it creamy. Add cream and Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper to taste and boil some more until it gets creamy
