Traditional Greek Dip - Tzatziki
500 gr greek yogurt
1 fresh cucumber
1-2 garlic cloves
40-60 gr olive oil
salt, white pepper
1 tsp ouzo (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, dill or mint
1.Clean the cucumber from the rind and seeds, cut in small cubes or grind, salt and leave for 15 '.
2.Strain until all juice from the cucumber is gone.
3.Pour into salad bowl the yogurt, pepper and chopped herbs, olive oil, garlic and cucumber reduced to a pulp, and stir with wooden spoon until well mixed.
