When telling the time in Greek, remember that the hour comes first, then past = êáé (khe) or too = ðáñÜ (para)and finally the minutes, e.g.

8.10 = ï÷ôþ êáé äÝêá(okhto kai deka) = ten past eight

11.40 = äþäåêá ðáñÜ åßêïóé (dhodheka para eekosee) = twenty to twelve
