Pork with Leeks



The ingredients:

1 kg boneless pork

1 kg Leeks roughly chopped

0.5 cup olive Oil

0.5 cup white Wine

3 Tomatos grated

little salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Cut the pork into medium pieces and brown into the olive oil.

2. Add the wine, add 1-2 glasses of water and allow meat to be cooked about half an hour.

3. Boil the leeks in a little water for 5 minutes.

3. Place in pot with the meat the cooked leeks with tomato, salt, pepper and a little water if necessary, and simmer until it is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
